Our project planning services is based on the best practices set out in the planning standards such as PMI Practice Standard for Scheduling, ASCE, SCL Delay and Disruption Protocol and the Federal Aquisition Regulations (FAR). Adopting such standards during an early phase of the project is crucial, for all the project parties, to set the correct basis for the project monitoring and any delay analysis and time disputes that may arise during the project execution phase.

Project Planning Courses
Customized project planning courses based on our client requirements. Courses might be offered either to beginners who wish to start their career as planners or junior planners who would like to enhance their planning knowledge in the planning industry or project management professionals, who are not planners, but would like to get introduced to the project planning world.
Courses could also be customized to have more focus on Primavera as a planning tool or on the theoritical part based on the best practice standards.
Special course oriented toward Offshore Wind Energy project planning are also be offered based on the group of attendees.
