Our views for the Project Planning extends beyond reporting aspects to the implementation of best practice standards of the industry and utilizing the project planning as a core part of the decision making process.
PLARIS has elected to extend its footprint to offer more services in the Claims management area through cooperating with PROC Global who have extensive experience in mega-projects through the entire project life-cycle; starting from strategic project and portfolio management to project management and close out. PROC Global has provided claims management and dispute resolution services to major projects in Europe, Asia and Africa. Together PLARIS and PROC Global provides claims management services for offshore wind energy projects.

Hazem Adel Fakhry
Project Management consultant
Hazem has a M.Sc. degree in civil engineering and a certified PMP and PMI-SP. Hazem has 20 years experience working on megaprojects in Europe, Asia and the Middle East providing project management services for Offshore Wind Power, Underground Metro Lines and military projects. Hazem has a wide experience in Delay Analysis and Extension of Time claims preparation.
Hazem has provided his services during the last 20 years to some of the major developers and contractors worldwide; among which are Vattenfall Vindkraft, Siemens Wind Power, Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy, Salini Impregilo and Per Aarsleff.
